Now, it’s even easier for organisations to extend plan benefits throughout their teams, aligning with our commitment to provide flexible, scalable solutions that grow alongside our members’ businesses.

Enhanced user limits across multiple tiers

We've increased user limits across several Prime Business plans. Duo (meant for sole proprietors with a personal Prime membership) and Unlimited (unlimited users) plans will maintain their current structures.

Basic plan: Expanded from 3 to 5 users
Small plan: 10 to 20 users
Medium plan: 100 to 200 users

More team members can now enjoy Prime Business benefits, including fast, free delivery, without upgrading to a higher-tier plan. This expansion allows organisations to extend purchasing capabilities while maintaining robust spending controls.

Maintain spending oversight
