What is multi-address delivery preference updates?

Amazon Business customers who manage groups with Shared Addresses can now update delivery preferences for multiple addresses simultaneously in bulk, eliminating the need to update addresses individually.

 

How does multi-address delivery preference updates work?

Administrators and Group administrators can update delivery preferences for multiple shared addresses through these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to Business Settings
  2. Select Addresses and delivery preferences
  3. Select desired addresses using the tickboxes
  4. Click Actions in the upper right-hand menu
  5. Choose Edit delivery preferences for selected
     

What is the benefit to the customer?

This feature can help reduce administrative time and effort by allowing account and group administrators to efficiently manage delivery preferences across multiple locations in a single workflow.

 

Where is this feature available?

Multi-address delivery preference updating is currently available to administrators in Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, United Kingdom and United States.
