Keeping track of invoices, payments, and credit memos across multiple business groups can be time-consuming. That's why we've enhanced the Your Invoices for Pay by Invoice page with new features designed to give you better visibility and control over your transactions—all while maintaining the simple navigation you're already familiar with.
How to access Your Invoices for Pay by Invoice
We've added several capabilities to help you manage invoices more effectively:
Filtering transactions: Expand the date range, status, and group filters above the transaction table to find specific invoices. You must select at least one date range and status type for transactions to display.
Customising your view: Click Customise Table to select which details appear from three categories: Invoices, Payments, and Credit Memos. Choose the information most relevant to your workflow.
Taking action: Click the three-dot menu next to any transaction to pay, apply, or download. Select multiple transactions to perform bulk actions and save time.
Reviewing payment allocations: Look for "Review by Date" next to transactions. Use the status filter to select Review Allocation under payments, then follow the guided tool to confirm or adjust allocations.
