YPO and Amazon Business

Making it easy for organisations to demonstrate compliance with public sector spending regulations.
Who are YPO?
Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) , a leading provider of UK public sector procurement frameworks, have chosen Amazon Business to deliver a public sector digital marketplace. This framework agreement allows organisations including schools, councils and government departments easy access to a vast range of products available to purchase spend on Amazon Business, while more easily demonstrating compliance with public sector spending regulations.

YPO and education

For YPO education is their heritage and have been providing school supplies since 1974, from early years all the way through until secondary education. YPO understands the importance of education and how the correct equipment is vital to the growth and development of all our children. YPO believes in empowering educators by giving them the tools to easily access our huge range of school supplies, whether that be exercise books, craft materials or outdoor learning products.

YPO and the public sector

YPO has been working with the public sector for almost 50 years. They’re dedicated in providing incredible support to a wide range of industries from the emergency services to health and social care, to buildings and construction. YPO provides procurement frameworks that are ready-made, so they are even easier to access, helping you run a more efficient business.

Not only do YPO provide frameworks for the public sector, but they are also designed by public sector. Who better to understand the complexities and challenges of procurement in the public sector face than the people work within it. Furthermore, YPO are owned by local authorities, meaning that all their profits are channeled back into the public sector.

I’ve found using the YPO DPS really useful, I have been able to find a good contractor for my project. Communication & guidance has been excellent.
