  • Yes. During the blanket purchase order setup, administrators can choose to show buyers the budget amount and remaining funds during checkout. Administrators can also choose to send notifications to designated group-level administrators when budget funds reach a certain threshold.

  • You can change the budget amount by selecting the “Manage” option located on the Blanket Purchase Order detail page. To turn the Blanket Purchase Order on or off, use the toggle option.

  • No. Customers with Punchout integrations cannot enable Blanket Purchase Orders.
