How Amazon Business Account Administrators can create a “Prefer products with sustainability certifications” policy

Step 1:

Hover over "Hello, Name" on amazon.co.uk while logged in to your Amazon Business account and select Business Settings.

Step 2:

Select Buying policies & approvals.

Step 3:

Select Add policy.

Step 4:

Go to Product policies section.

Step 5:

Select Prefer products with sustainability certifications.

Step 6:

Name your policy and personalise a message to buyers.

Step 7:

Save your new policy.

How buyers discover products with sustainability certifications:

1. Using the Climate Pledge Friendly search filter

Buyers can select the Climate Pledge Friendly filter to view products with sustainability certifications in Amazon’s Climate Pledge Friendly program.

2. Using the policy set up by the account administrator

Buyers will see preferred products with sustainability certifications highlighted as “Organisation preferred” along with a message explaining the policy within their shopping experience.
