  • Seller certifications allow you to identify and prioritize sellers that hold verified sustainability or ISO management credentials. These include certifications such as EcoVadis, B-Corporation, ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), among others.

  • Navigate to Business Settings > Buying Policies > Add Policy and select "Prefer Sellers with Sustainability Certifications" or "Prefer Sellers with ISO Certifications." Choose the specific certifications that align with your organisational priorities and save. Setup takes just a few minutes.

  • All seller certifications displayed on Amazon Business are audited by us to check if the Seller has displayed their own entity/subsidiary certificate. In case the name on the certificate don’t match with Seller entity, we ask the Seller to provide additional documentation as proof that they belong to same parent entity. Currently, we don’t validate whether the agency has provided the certificate or not.

  • Yes. Amazon Business Analytics includes a Socially Responsible Purchasing report where you can track spending with certified sellers, filter by certification type, and export data.
