Welcome to the Amazon Business blog, where we showcase business purchasing through industry content, product tips, and customer success stories.

Since Amazon Business was first launched in the US in 2015, it has been our mission to help businesses - both our buying customers and selling partners - save time and money by shopping and selling smarter. For business customers – from sole proprietors and SMBs to large corporations – that means helping them discover, manage and engage with a wide range of suppliers. For suppliers, it means helping them to reach more customers and expand their businesses in ways that they never could before.
 

With all that in mind, we launched the Amazon Business blog to showcase the many ways to do business better on Amazon Business. By providing insight into what’s new on the site, along with product tips, customer stories and more, we hope that the new blog helps with our overall goal of offering customers a faster and more convenient way to discover new features and unique benefits, tailored to the needs of businesses.
 

Amazon Business combines the selection, convenience and value customers have come to know and love from Amazon, with new features and unique benefits tailored to the needs of businesses. Business customers told us that they love the convenience of shopping online and that they want a B2B buying experience similar to how they shop at home. That’s exactly what we’ve given them with Amazon Business.
 

Now with Amazon Business available in nine countries worldwide: the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, United States, Canada, Japan and India, Amazon Business offers access to hundreds of thousands of business sellers and hundreds of millions of products to millions of business customers across industries, around the world. In 2018, we reached $10 billion in global annualized sales. In the UK alone, Amazon Business serves more than half of the FTSE 100 businesses.  

 

Looking ahead, we will continue to listen to our customers and selling partners and remain focused on innovating on their behalf to deliver the features they need to be successful. We look forward to sharing news of those innovations and the stories of how our customers and business partners are using Amazon Business to grow and streamline their businesses.
