By integrating with Amazon Business’ Reconciliation API in the UK, Concur Expense can automatically retrieve users’ Amazon Business purchases and reconcile their expenses. Available in SAP Concur’s App Center in the UK, this integration allows Amazon Business transactions to automatically appear in an employee’s available expenses within Concur Expense.
This eliminates the hassle of locating and uploading receipts for multiple transactions, reduces the time and effort required for employees to create expense reports for Amazon Business purchases, and increases the accuracy of data captured for these purchases.
“The creation of an expense report is not a key performance indicator for most companies. Rather, the goal is to enable employees to spend the company’s money wisely, and to settle those employee purchases as efficiently as possible,” said Matt Clementson, SAP Concur’s UK Enterprise Managing Director. “With the Amazon Business integration for Concur Expense, companies can streamline this process for their employees, saving time while reducing errors and improving compliance with company policies.”
“SAP Concur is the first Amazon Business accounting and expense management partner in the UK to integrate with Amazon Business’ Reconciliation API. We’re simplifying business buying for our shared customers around the world by addressing compliance needs,” said Doug Gray, Amazon Business’ Vice President of Technology.
In 2021, Amazon Business integrated with Concur Expense in the United States to streamline and automate the expense process for purchases made on Amazon Business. This new launch is an expansion into the UK market.
